- Short pasta cooked al dente200 g
- Grilled chicken cubes150 g
- grated carrot100 g
- Cherry tomato8 unit(s)
- Corn6 tablespoon
- Olives0 to taste
- Lettuce0 to taste
- Lemon50 ml
- Ice water100 ml
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Honey1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt and Pepper0 to taste
- Place in small glass, lemon, water, mustard, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper and stir well until smooth and set aside.
- For assembly - Take a glass of the desired size, place in this sequence - sauce, pasta, chicken, carrots, tomatoes, corn and lettuce and close.
- When it's time to eat, turn the glass a few times so the sauce mixes well and then just serve yourself.
