  • Cooked pine nuts, without shell, cut into slices | 500 g
  • Chopped tomato | 400 g
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Pepper of your choice | 300 g
  • Pitted Olives | 200 g
  • Olive oil | 5 tablespoon
  • Fried bacon in cubes | 150 g
  • Chimichurri Seasoning | 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley and chives | 1 to taste


  1. When cooking the top add salt to water, on average the cooking lasts about 40 minutes. It's good to cook the day before.
  2. Combine all the recipe ingredients and see if you need to add salt. This salad is perfect with lettuce, arugula and watercress. Enjoy your food!
