  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Washed potatoes or balls1/2 kg
  • Coriander1 to taste
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • White Vinegar3 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Oregano1 tablespoon
  1. Cook the potatoes, already minced (don't cut them too small😉) with salt (as you usually do in yours 🏠)
  2. After it got pressure, leave it for about 3 minutes and turn it off, it finishes cooking and is at the right point.
  3. Drain the water and let it cool.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the onion into slices or finely chopped (as you prefer)
  5. Now cut the cilantro into small pieces 🌿
  6. Cool the potatoes, now place on a platter and add the onion, cilantro, vinegar, oregano and olive oil (everything to taste right?!).
  7. And your pickled salad is ready 😋. It is much more delicious day after day.
  8. Now just delight yourself with your family 🥰
  9. Tip: You can change, with carrots, chayote and you can do it just like that with the beet (she alone right?!).
