- Mini Potato500 g
- Mini Onion500 g
- Oil1 cup
- Vinegar1 cup
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Green Smell50 g
- Salt, Black Pepper and Oregano to taste
- First put the mini potatoes with skins in a pan and cover with water to cook until al dente. Then in another pan put the peeled onion with water and bring to low heat, let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Let the onions and potatoes cool. In a refractory put the crushed garlic, the green smell and the seasonings and then the onions and the potatoes and the vinegar and the oil. Take it to the fridge. Best to let it soak for a week before serving.
