  • Sliced pumpkin | 200 g
  • Sliced Carrots | 1 unit(s)
  • Cauliflower | 1 cup
  • Broccoli | 1 unit(s)
  • Zucchini | 1 unit(s)
  • Sweet Potato | 1 unit(s)
  • Sliced garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Sliced red pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Sliced onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 5 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Black pepper | 1 to taste
  • Chimichurri | 1 to taste

Recipe

  1. Wash and sanitize the vegetables, cut into slices
  2. Place the vegetables in a refractory, put the garlic, onion, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, chimichurri, black pepper mix well
  4. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200°.
