  • Okra300 g
  • Minced garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar1/2 cup
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Put the water to boil.
  2. Add salt, vinegar, chopped okra (already washed and dried, so it doesn't become drool) and let it cook for 5 minutes (don't let it get too soft).
  3. Steam the carrots for 10 minutes (remember not to make them too soft).
  4. Remove the garlic core so that the flavor is not too strong and chop into very small cubes.
  5. Soak the onion in water for approximately 5 minutes and cut into cubes.
  6. Chop the tomatoes into cubes.
  7. In a bowl add the seasonings already cut, then place the okra and carrots, give a light stir and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar to taste.
