- Fresh Pasta Tagliatelle300 g
- Extra virgin olive oil300 ml
- Garlic prefer the large cloves20 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato100 g
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package directions
- In a deep frying pan, add the garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper together with basil and let it cook over low heat and in a bain-marie for 00:50 minutes
- After well cooked, love the garlic with the help of a fork, mix well and add the already cooked pasta.
- Serve with plenty of parmesan garnish with basil
- The confit technique is very old and consists of letting the food cook slowly and over low heat in the fat to preserve all its properties. In addition to cooking in a bain-marie, you can also choose to cook on a baking tray and in a conventional oven. Either way, the flavor is irresistible and well worth the wait.
