- Rocket Lettuce200 g
- cherry tomato200 g
- Arugula200 g
- Onion100 g
- Olive oil50 g
- Salt20 g
- Wash and tear the leaves. Reserve
- Cut the mushroom blades. Take it to the fire with onion and garlic, let it wither a little and believe shoyu. If you don't have soy sauce, just oil and salt. Reserve
- Cut the onion into Juliene (strips). Put it in the frying pan with oil and add the whole cherry tomato, add salt and let it brown well.
