Purple Lettuce200 g
Rocket Lettuce200 g
cherry tomato200 g
Arugula200 g
Onion100 g
Olive oil50 g
Salt20 g

Wash and tear the leaves. Reserve
Cut the mushroom blades. Take it to the fire with onion and garlic, let it wither a little and believe shoyu. If you don't have soy sauce, just oil and salt. Reserve
