  • Zucchini (seedless)1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (tooth)2 unit(s)
  • Red Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Moroccan Couscous1 cup
  • Hot water1 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Chives to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Mint to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Place the couscous and hot water in a container and cover until all the water is absorbed.
  2. Put the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic, onion and carrot until al dente.
  3. Mix the couscous, the stew and the rest of the small chopped ingredients.
  4. Season with olive oil, lemon and salt and you can serve it chilled or at the temperature you prefer.
