- Red onion to taste
- Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cook the vegetables in salted water, except for the tomatoes. Drain
- In a gravy boat, mix the yogurt, olive oil, salt, lemon juice and oregano. AND
- In a pyrex spread the vegetables and pour the sauce on top.
