- Cherry tomato100 g
- Radish250 g
- Wash all the leaves and tomatoes well and set aside
- After cleaning the radishes, pass them on a mandolin.
- If you don't like the taste of radishes, you can soak them in water until they are covered with a level tablespoon of salt and another of sugar for 20 minutes. Wash well and it's ready to use.
- Mix all the leaves and finish with the chopped or whole tomatoes and the radish slices.
- Salad goes well with basil and walnut pesto or balsamic reduction.
