Olive oil30 ml
Sour cream200 ml
Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
Tabasco pepper1 teaspoon
Black pepper1 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Clean the vegetables and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes, the potato a little bigger than the carrot as it cooks faster
Put the carrot to cook in salted water, then put the potato in the same pot
Cut the onion very small and the green smell finely chopped
Put the eggs to cook for 6 minutes
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream, onion, olive oil, parsley, tabasco pepper, black pepper and salt.
Keep an eye on the point of the vegetables, remove the eggs from cooking and peel them
Wash so as not to contain any rind residues and add to the mayonnaise mixture and mash with a fork
Remove the vegetables from the heat when they are al dente, mix with the mayonnaise, taste the seasonings and store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap to serve :)
