Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Coriander0 to taste

Mayonnaise100 g

In a pan with water and over medium heat, place the potato, carrot and eggs to cook with a pinch of salt.
After cooking, reserve the egg. In a bowl, place the boiled potatoes and carrots and add the tomato, onion and cilantro.
Remove the eggshell and mash the egg, mix it with the greens and add the mayonnaise. And ready to serve.
TIP: You can add a little cream, it's delicious.
