- Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium sizes, put them in a pan, add water, add salt and bring to a boil over high heat, when boiling, lower the heat and leave for another 10 minutes, meanwhile prepare the other ingredients.
- Wash the carrots, peel and cut them in half, then take the potatoes out of the pan and instead throw the carrots in the pan with boiling water, and leave for about 15 minutes on medium heat, after that use a fork and press the carrots, if they are soft, turn off the heat
- Drain the water from the vegetables well, and place in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and the olives, parsley, corn
- Mix well and serve
