mayonnaise3 tablespoon
Coriander0 to taste

I cooked the potatoes along with the eggs. Don't let them get too soft!
I cut the eggs into 6 pieces each, seasoned with vinaigrette seasoning, black pepper and salt, put the mayonnaise and cilantro.
Just mix it all up and you're done!
