- Olive1 to taste
- Coriander1 to taste
- Mayonnaise1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Onion1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Peel and chop the potato and carrot into squares, cooking separately (carrots and hard apples)
- Once cooked, add the vegetables to a platter, pound the garlic and grate the onion, add to the vegetables, add olives, coriander, corn and mayonnaise.
- Stir until all the ingredients are all together
