  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olives to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Mayonnaise300 g
  • Lemon, salt and olive oil to taste
  1. Start by cooking the potato and carrot for approximately 3 minutes after the pressure cooker comes to a boil.
  2. Cook the eggs for approximately 12 minutes after the water boils.
  3. Cut all ingredients into small cubes.
  4. On a platter, place only the yolks and crumble with a fork or your hands, add the mayonnaise, corn, onion and tomato, mix well and season with salt, lemon and olive oil, adding the seasonings of your choice.
  5. Then add the chopped egg whites, olives and green smell and mix. Finally put the carrot and potatoes and stir well to homogenize.
  6. Adjust the seasonings and add more mayonnaise if necessary.
