- Whole milk1 cup
- Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
- In a pan with water, add the potatoes and salt; let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the heat.
- After they have been cooked very soft, remove the water and mash the potatoes well mashed. And set aside.
- Warm the milk and add it to the mashed potatoes, then the butter. Stir until creamy.
