- Small bunch of hydroponic curly lettuce (organic preferably)2 unit(s)
- Cherry tomatoes200 g
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Wash the lettuce leaves well and dry in the centrifuge or with a paper towel.
- On a salad platter place the lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes
- Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and Sicilian lemon.
