Ingredients

• Small bunch of hydroponic curly lettuce (organic preferably) | 2 unit(s)
• Cherry tomatoes | 200 g
• Extra virgin olive oil |  to taste
• Salt |  to taste
• Squeezed lemon | 1/2 unit(s)

Recipe

1. Wash the lettuce leaves well and dry in the centrifuge or with a paper towel.
2. On a salad platter place the lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes
3. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and Sicilian lemon.
4. Serve then 😉
