- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Extra virgin olive oil1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Wash the leaves and set aside. Mix the croutons with the oil, parmesan, chopped basil, garlic and salt. Assemble the salad and sprinkle the crouton mixture with the dressing.
