Cortei a couve bem fininha e lavei bem . E depois deixei sair a toda a água. 

I cut the cabbage finely and washed it well. And then I let all the water out.

Agora em uma panela eu pique os 2 dente de alho e depois coloque o óleo e deixei fritar um pouco .

Now in a pan I chop the 2 cloves of garlic and then put the oil and let it fry a little.

Em seguida coloquei a couve e o sal e mexi até elas ir cozinhando e diminuindo o tamanho. 

Then I put the cabbage and salt and stir until they start to cook and reduce in size.

Não demora nem 5 minutos e muito fácil de fazer . E fica muito boa também
