  • Green Smell | 5 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Lemon pepper | 1 to taste
  • Vinegar or lemon | 1 to taste
  • Olive oil | 1 to taste
  • Oil (for frying) | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Start by cutting the eggplants into thin strips.
