- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Coriander or chopped parsley1/2 cup
- Chopped green onions1/2 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Lemon1 to taste
- Mash the avocado with the fork
- Add the onion, tomato, cilantro, chives and mix in the avocado.
- Season with salt, oil and lemon juice to taste. Serve immediately with Doritos or tacos.
