Chopped Salad Tomatoes2 unit(s)
Diced fresh ricotta cheese1 cup
Zucchini sauteed in Lemon Pepper (recipe in my profile 😉)2 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Apple or Balsamic Vinegar to taste

In a Salad platter place the purple lettuce leaves, the tomatoes cut into pieces, the mango pieces and the fresh ricotta cut into cubes
Add the zucchini and Season the whole salad with oil, salt and vinegar to taste
Serve then 😋
