Eggplant slices with cheese and tomato sauce!!

- Mozzarella120 g
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- Basil Leaves1 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Black Pepper0 to taste
- Oregano0 to taste
- Cut the eggplant into 1cm slices, season with salt and let it rest for 30 minutes!!
- Then, dry each slice with a paper towel, removing all the moisture from both sides!!
- In a container put olive oil and the eggplant slices and black pepper, take it to the Ary Fryer for 10 minutes!!
- Remove from Ary Fryer, remove some Eggplant and set aside!!
- Add tomato, salt, black pepper, oregano, tomato sauce, herbs, basil leaves and the reserved eggplants!!
- Add Mozzarella Oregano and take it to Ary Fryer for 5 minutes!!
