  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Raisins80 g
  • Olive50 g
  • Olive oil100 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Cut the peppers, tomato, onion and eggplant into strips.
  2. Place the chopped vegetables in a mold,
  3. Add the olives, raisins and garlic.
  4. Drizzle with oil, add salt
  5. Preheat the oven to 200° and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. If needed, add more oil.
  7. Once ready, put it in a glass bowl and leave it in the fridge.
  8. Can be used on toast, bread and as a salad too
