Onion2 unit(s)
Red pepper1 unit(s)
Vinegar1/4 cup
Sliced green olives1/2 cup
Olive oil1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Dry pepperoni to taste
Chimi churri1 tablespoon
Garlic Cloves3 cup
Raisins to taste

Slice the aubergines, onions and red pepper into thin slices.
In a bowl, place all the ingredients and mix very well.
Cover the shape with aluminum foil and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, stir and return to the oven for another 20 minutes or until the liquid dries.
Let cool and finish with chopped chives.
