- In a pan, cook the carrots in water with a little salt until soft and set aside.
- Finely chop the lettuce and place in a bowl.
- Place the tomato on top, the cucumber around the bowl and the carrots as well to make it decorative.
- Sprinkle salt on top and drizzle all the oil.
