- Salt to taste
- Olive oil3 teaspoon
- First, peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
- After cutting all the carrots, put them in the pan with just water and bring to a boil, let them boil until they soften so they don't get too soft and not too hard.
- Once cooked, drain all the carrots and then pour cold water over them.
- Then season with olive oil, salt and lemon to taste then just consume.
