  • Cherry tomato200 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 g
  • Purple Lettuce1 unit(s)
  • arugula1 unit(s)
  • Iceberg Lettuce1 unit(s)
  • Cocoa Nibs1 to taste
  1. First buy the burrata lol 😅
  2. Season the cherry tomatoes with garlic, salt and oil and also cut the onion into julienne strips (strips or petals). Bake at 180° until the top is toasted.
  3. Wash and the leaves and if possible centrifuge.
  4. Now let's assemble the plate, let's go! Mix the leaves, take a large shallow or deep dish and place it so that it gives height to the salad! Put the roasted tomatoes.
  5. Cut the burrata in half and finish with olive oil and cocoa nibs
  6. In case you want a sauce: take your mustard from the fridge and put it in a bowl, with the fouer beat adding olive oil until it's dense and creamy.
