Donkey salad with roasted tomatoes and cocoa nibs

Tempere os tomates cerejas com alho, sal e azeite e corte também a cebola em Juliane ( tiras ou pétalas) leve ao forno a 180° até dá uma tostada por cima retire e deixe esfriar ou coloque na geladeira.

Season the cherry tomatoes with garlic, salt and oil and also cut the onion into julienne strips (strips or petals). Bake at 180° until the top is toasted.

Lave e as folhas e de possível centrifugue.
