In a refractory mix all the ingredients except the gelatin.
Hydrate the gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water, microwave for 20s.
Add the dissolved gelatin to the other ingredients in the refractory and mix well.
Put it in a shape with a central hole, let it freeze until it is very firm.
Unmold and decorate to taste.
Note: You can make it with tuna too, (use 2 cans of tuna)

Decorated with tomato 🍅 cherry and mint leaves
