- In the blender add all the ingredients in that order, except the wheat flour and the yeast.
- After well beaten add the wheat flour and beat again. Then add the yeast and give it a light mix.
- For the filling: 1 shredded and seasoned chicken breast 1 can of corn 200 grams of mozzarella cheese (grated or chopped) 1 pot of cottage cheese
- In a greased and floured roast, place half of the dough, the stuffing and the rest of the dough. If desired, sprinkle with oregano. Place in the oven as usual.
