  • American broccoli1 unit(s)
  • Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Fried Bacon80 g
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic
  2. Add the broccoli, salt, kingdom pepper, a little water and let it cook to the point.
  3. In another pan, cook the potato, the broccoli stalk in water and salt until they are well cooked.
  4. Blend the cream, boiled potato, boiled broccoli stalk and grated Parmesan cheese in a blender.
  5. In a refractory greased with margarine, add the broccoli and this cream on top spreading well.
  6. Place the mozzarella, the bacon and take it to the preheated oven at 200 degrees until gratin
  7. Ready!! Enjoy!
