  • Japanese cucumber, thinly sliced;1 unit(s)
  • cherry tomato150 g
  • Champignons150 g
  • Green olives without pit100 g
  • Black olives without pit100 g
  • Quail Egg150 g
  • Olive Oil, Oregano and Lemon to taste
  1. In a glass refractory, mix all the ingredients starting with the pepino, then the mozzarella cheese, then the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, then the black and green olives, then the quail eggs and to finish, season with the olive oil, lemon , oregano and salt to taste (we used Ajinomoto instead of salt). This dish can be accompanied by toasted wholemeal bread and a good wine.
