Grated Beetroot1/2 unit(s)
grated carrot1/2 unit(s)
Leaf mix to taste
Mango1/2 unit(s)
Cherry tomato1 cup
Honey1 tablespoon
Mustard1 tablespoon
Lemon1/2 unit(s)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Sesame1 tablespoon

Grate the carrot and beet, cut the tomatoes in half and the mango into cubes
Place the mixed leaves on a platter and place the rest of the ingredients on top.
For the sauce, mix the mustard, honey, olive oil, salt and black pepper, mix well and serve over the salad.
Finish with sesame seeds and serve
