Green Cabbage (large)1/2 unit(s)
Carrot1/3 unit(s)
Raisin2 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
Olive oil2 tablespoon
White Vinegar1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
Mustard (optional)1 coffee spoon

Finely chop the cabbage and grate the carrot;
In a bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, grated carrots and raisins. Season with salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. Shake well;
Finally, add the mayonnaise and mix. If you prefer, you can add a little mustard, but very little, as it steals a lot of the flavor of the salad, which should be more bittersweet and delicate.
Tip: it's an excellent accompaniment to chicken sandwiches (especially breaded) and barbecues!
