- Mint leaves to taste
- Peeled green apple, thinly sliced1 cup
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Vegan mayonnaise6 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Mix the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the sauce and put in the fridge.
