- Green cabbage1 unit(s)
- Red cabbage1 unit(s)
- Small carrot1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise1 cup
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Raisins5 g
- Corn oil10 ml
- Cut the cabbage in four and set aside. Cut the carrot into spaghetti.
- In a non-stick skillet, add the oil and grill the cabbage on all sides. Reserve.
- Cut the cabbage thin.
- Mix all the ingredients with the mayonnaise and the lemon. Adjust salt and pepper.
- Assembly: place on a plate and decorate with raisins.
