  • large potatoes2 unit(s)
  • carrot1 unit(s)
  • fresh peas to taste1 unit(s)
  • Sliced red pepper1 unit(s)
  • medium sliced onion1 unit(s)
  • small sliced garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • green smell to taste1 unit(s)
  • oregano to taste1 unit(s)
  • salt to taste1 unit(s)
  1. Soak the codfish overnight to remove the salt. Cook the potatoes and carrots in slices, also cook the fresh peas and the quail eggs. Remove the water from the cod, shred it well and sauté it lightly with a spoon of olive oil. Lightly sauté the peppers, onion and garlic. Assemble on a platter in the following order: potato first, then carrot, pepper, cod, onion and garlic. Put the pea and decorate with the eggs broken in half and the green smell at will. Season with vinegar, salt, oregano and a little olive oil and pour evenly over the salad and let it rest.
