- Clean, shelled and gutted shrimp200 g
- Zucchinis2 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Chopped coriander1 tablespoon
- Girl's Finger Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Cut the zucchinis into small cubes, without the seeds. Remove the seeds from the girl's finger pepper and cut into cubes.
- In a bowl mix the zucchinis, girl's finger, coriander, olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, season with salt and black pepper and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Season the prawns with da and pepper. Cut them in half and sauté in a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil quickly until they change color, about 1 minute. Wait for it to cool down.
- Assemble a very pretty plate and finish with Sicilian lemon zest.
