Pistachios2 teaspoon
Pomegranate seeds1 tablespoon
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Honey1 tablespoon
Squeezed Sicilian Lemon1 unit(s)
Fresh Oregano1 to taste
crumbled feta or ricotta cheese2 tablespoon

Peel and slice the grapefruit, lime orange and avocado.
In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon and honey well.
On a platter, intersperse the slices of grapefruit and oranges. Top with the avocado, feta cheese and pistachios. Serve with the sauce and garnish with fresh oregano leaves.
