- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Heart of palm to taste

- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the onion, tomato and bell pepper very small. Then cut the carrot into cubes and cook. Cut the heart of palm and parsley all small.
- Mix all ingredients and season with olive oil and lemon. It's delicious.
