- Chickpeas cooked al dente250 g
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1/2 unit(s)
- Broccoli cooked al dente to taste
- Cabbage leaf, cut into strips1 unit(s)
- Ripe tomato cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Onion cut into cubes1/2 unit(s)
- Grated medium carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Juice of half a lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Leave the chickpeas to soak for 30 hours in the fridge, always changing the water and then cook with 1 tablet of chicken broth. Point al dente.
- Mix all the ingredients and it's ready to serve. If you don't like mayonnaise, it can be removed from the recipe. Serve hot or cold.
