- Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Chopped Italian Tomatoes | 1 unit(s)
- Chopped olives to taste | 1 tablespoon
- Parsley and onion to taste | 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil | 1 coffee spoon
- White wine vinegar and salt to taste | 1 tablespoon
1Mix the already cooked chickpeas with the small onion, chopped Italian tomatoes, olives, parsley and chives. Season with olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt. Leave in the fridge until serving time and enjoy.
