- Bacon200 g
- Curd cheese200 g
- Parsley1 unit(s)

- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Place the cooked chickpeas in a bowl.
- Add the grated carrot, the tomato cut into cubes, the onion cut into cubes, the chopped parsley.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and take it to a light fry, after frying and cooling a little add the salad.
- Cut the cheese into cubes and take it to grill in a very hot skillet, after golden, also add the salad.
- Squeeze the lemon over the salad, add the salt and oil. Mix everything with a spoon and it's ready.
