  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Canned corn1 can(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Coriander and chives to taste
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, cover the chickpeas with water and soak for at least 6 hours. After that, discard the water and take the chickpeas to cook in the pressure cooker until it's really soft (here at home, it lasts about 40 minutes).
  2. Remove the chickpeas from the pressure and let it cool.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the onion and tomato into small cubes and grate the carrot.
  4. In a bowl, add all the ingredients together (chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, carrots, corn, cilantro and chives). You can add olives if you like. Season with salt, pepper, juice of half a lemon and olive oil (you can add more if you want). Enjoy!
