In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the mayonnaise and potato chips.
After mixing all the ingredients, add the mayonnaise little by little and taste because you may like less or more mayonnaise. If necessary, adjust the salt.
Finally, just at the time of serving, add the potato straw because if you add it before it will wither and won't be crispy. After that just serve
Note: If you want your sausage yummy and tasty, buy quality products. I put the amounts but I usually do it in the eye according to what I like best I put it on. Preferably make the salpicao the day before so all the ingredients get the taste. And really only add the potato at the time of eating because otherwise it withers and doesn't taste good. I don't add olives because I think it has a very strong taste in the salpicão
