- cook the chicken seasoned to your liking, shred everything
- grate the carrot
- in a bowl put the chicken and carrots and mix, add the corn and peas and mix again
- add the heart of palm and the ham mix everything again so that everything is well mixed
- add the onion and the green smell and the rock raisins and the olives mix everything again
- mix everything with the cream and mayonnaise well mixed and take it to freeze for at least 2 hours
