- Ham200 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Dried fruits to taste
- Straw Potato200 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise2 can(s)
- In a large bowl or bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the chopped carrot, corn, peas, chopped onion, chopped ham, dried fruit to taste, salt, pepper and potato sticks. Mix everything very well.
- Finally add all the mayonnaise and mix until well mixed. Transfer to a medium platter and spread all over it. Spread potato straw on top and serve immediately.
